LEAURY offers 1 year replacement warranty, Shoe must not wear, it must have all the packing material in original condition. For Bags, it should not be used, must have all the tags and essentials in original condition. To Claim the warranty, reach out sales@leaury.com with your order number and original images of product. Please note change of mood is not applicable. Warranty is for replacement only, there is no return policy by company.
