Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Period:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase without any charges. After the 24 hour period, cancellation requests may be subjected to cancellation fees
Cancellation Process:

To cancel an order please contact our customer service via email at sales@leaury.com or by phone at +92 327 069 4294, including your order number and the reason for cancellation. Smooth communication can help increase the chances of successful cancellation or modifying your order.

Cancellation Fees:

Cancellations made after the 24 hour window will result in a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total order amount. This covers non-refundable costs, including:

  • Shipment Charges

  • Product Packaging Charges

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 15 business days after the cancellation confirmation. Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take additional time for the refund into your account.

Custom Orders:

Customized orders or made-to-order products aren;t eligible for cancellation. If you need to cancel such an order, please contact us as soon as possible for options.

Exceptions:

LEAURY reserves the right to cancel any order due to system errors, inventory issues, or unforeseen events. In such cases, a full refund will be issued with no cancellation. 

Order Modification:

If you need to make any changes to your order after placing it, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee any modifications, we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.
